The buying process isn’t always a circuitous path, and I’m here no matter the price point, and with equal commitment whether we see one home or fifty. There are many steps (and plenty of jargon) along the way that start with our initial consult and conclude with key day, and it’s my goal to demystify the terms, timelines, and processes so you feel informed throughout.
While there’s no point in trying to time the market, my everyday is rooted in the Portland metro and SW Washington real estate microclimate, and that insider knowledge is an asset for my clients. Seasonality, interest rates, and inventory are combined factors that shift constantly, and as my client you’ll benefit from an approach that’s completely specific to your needs and these market conditions.
Other than working with first time homebuyers, some of my favorite work is with people relocating to our area. I enjoy helping them get oriented and established, from learning neighborhoods and schools, to connecting them with the providers and contractors they need to feel at home.
It can be stressful out there, but I have a track record of delivering great outcomes for my buyers, from multiple offer situations to complicated repair negotiations. Luckily this process is also often fun! Looking at homes together, helping you find “the one", seeing you achieve big goals, and staying in touch long past close as a resource—all of these experiences make the process joyful and meaningful for me too.
