Hi! I’m Elizabeth Nathan, real estate broker licensed in Oregon and Washington.

If you’ve found me here, you may be thinking about buying or selling a home in the Portland Metro or SW Washington area. That’s an exciting and sometimes anxious place to be!

In 2014 I founded Eb & Bean, opening three neighborhood shops that are still a destination for made-from-scratch organic froyo and toppings. It was a fun and often challenging experience in leadership and hospitality, and great preparation for working closely with buyers and sellers as advisor, problem solver, and project manager.

What makes me a great real estate broker is how curious and excited I am about the work, and how invested I am in the very best outcome for my clients. Sometimes that looks like research and spreadsheets. Other times it’s a more heart-centered quality at the forefront of what I do. I’m tenacious when working with buyers, and go to great lengths with sellers to prep and market their homes for maximum return. The process can be stressful, but it can also be fun, and I’m here to make it as enjoyable as possible.

I live in northeast Portland with my two school age kids, Eben and Sabine, partner Casey, a mental health counselor and ceramics studio owner, and our Boston Terrier, Charlie. When not working with clients, I’m cooking, seeing lots of live music, spending time at the Forest Service cabin I share with friends in Washington, and volunteering in a leadership role with Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America.
